About Us

Dr Neil de Reybekill BEd, MA, PhD, FCollT, FRSPH
Neil has more than thirty years’ experience as an English teacher, headteacher, university lecturer and educational research specialist.
He has taught in schools and universities around the world, including both the School of Education and School of Medicine at the University of Birmingham.
Neil is a Fellow of the College of Teachers and of the Royal Society for Public Health, and specialises in teaching English for Academic Purposes, with a particular interest in preparing education and healthcare professionals for life in the UK.


Pauline Finlay BSc (Econ) (Hons), MSc (Econ), ACA, CELTA
Pauline is a graduate of the London School of Economics, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with professional services firm KPMG. She has spent many years working as a finance professional and as an economist at the Bank of England. She has business management experience and a sound understanding of the business world.
Pauline also has extensive teaching experience, initially specialising in undergraduate Economics and Accounting. She is also qualified to teach English as a foreign language, and now specialises in teaching English for Business and Finance.
